Protect our water quality! Take the “P-Free” Pledge! The Upper White River Watershed Alliance is joining Veolia and several local partners to encourage property owners to use Phosphorous-Free fertilizers on their lawns. Most Indiana lawns have sufficient phosphorous and therefore any excessive phosphorous runs off into lakes and streams, feeding algae blooms that can impact water quality.
